Application for Certified Internship Certificate Copies
Apply for your Internship Certificate.
Introduction
The Sri Lanka Medical Council issues certified copies of internship certificates to registered medical and dental practitioners in accordance with the following procedure. This certificate is generated upon the successful completion of the internship.
Who Can Apply?
- Any medical practitioner or dentist with an active registration.
How to Apply?
- The application must be submitted through the registrant's own MySLMC account.
- The applicant's SLMC registration details and identification information will be used to process the request.

Validity Period
- The certificate is valid only until the date specified on the certificate.
- The validity of the certificate can be verified by scanning the QR code provided on the certificate.
Delivery of Certified Copies
Once the application has been processed and approved by the Sri Lanka Medical Council, the certified Internship Certificate copies will be delivered electronically to the registrant.
Electronic Delivery
The certified Internship Certificate copies will be sent to the email address registered with your MySLMC account.
An SMS notification will also be sent to your registered mobile number once the certified copies are ready and have been issued.
Important Instructions
- The application must be submitted by the registrant through their own MySLMC account.
- Please ensure that your registration details, email address, mobile number, and other information are correct before submitting the application.
- The application will be processed only after successful completion of the online payment.
- Once processed and approved, the certified copy of the Internship Certificate will be sent to the email address registered with your MySLMC account.
- An SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number once the certified copies have been issued.
- Please ensure that your registered email address and mobile number are active and accessible.
- The application is available under My Services in your account.
